AUDIO-VISUAL REQUIREMENTS – In-Person Event

IMPORTANT: This multimedia keynote includes rich, music-driven content, and requires above-standard sound setup (closer to nightclub-level power).

For Event Organizers: please make sure your technician has read (and actually read) the following requirements:

  • Isabelle’s MacBook must be placed on a table on stage, next to her.
  • HDMI cable and 1/8″ audio jack cable must already be available on stage.
  • The laptop cannot be located at the tech booth or the back of the room.
  • Audio cable (1/8″): The sound must come from the MacBook’s headphone port. Audio should NOT go through HDMI.
  • Handheld microphone required.
